Advertising regulation violations

Daily on social media, blogs and websites real estate agents and companies are accidentally committing advertising regulation violations.

The policies vary on a state level from state to state, however, most all states recognize the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics as the rule.

I have conducted extensive research in nearly all 50 states and with each individual leading Real Estate companies to compare their regulations. I am careful to not use or study outdated material or old laws and codes that have been updated.
